Gown and Product Information

Q: Where are your gowns from?

A: All Bruid gowns are made entirely at our atelier. We design and sew each and every of our gowns, making every gown one-of-a-kind.

Q: Who are your designers?

A: Bruid has our own in-house designers who are experts at coming up with the best designs and fit on you on your wedding day.

Q: What sizes of gowns do Bruid carry?

A: Tentatively, we specialises in Made-to-Measure (MTM) Bespoke gowns, meaning we design and create gowns to fit your exact size and preferences. Sizing is rarely an issue. Off-the-Rack (OTR) gowns are made differently, usually within the range of sizes UK12-UK6.

Q: So, what exactly is a Made-to-Measure (MTM) Gown?

A: MTM gowns are gowns that are designed and created specifically according to your size and preferences. You will go through the process of measuring, designing, fabric selection and fittings with us into creating your dream wedding gown.

Q: How much time is needed if I would like to have a MTM gown (Max: 3 MTM gowns)?

A: You will have to schedule an appointment and confirm your designs with us at least 3 months before your actual wedding date. As some customers would like to have more than 1 MTM gown, this time frame also applies to customers who are looking to make a maximum of 3 MTM gowns with us.

Q: Is your MTM Gown Made-to-Rent or Made-to-Keep?

A: Bruid’s unique point is that we offer Made-to-Rent gowns. We will MTM gowns for you according to your size and the best part is that it is only for rental. We understand that most brides might not favour buying a wedding gown as they are usually worn only once, therefore this arrangement would make us the right choice for you.

Loving that gorgeous MTM gown we had made for you? Just top-up an additional and that gown is yours to keep!

Q: So, what exactly is Off-the-Rack (OTR) Gown?

A: Off-the-Rack gowns are gowns that ready-made and is opened for rentals to customers. All Off-the-Rack gowns are also specifically designed by our in-house designers and sewn out by our very own atelier. None of our OTR gowns are sourced from overseas.

Q: How often does new product/gowns activate?

A: We have new gowns and product all the time! Please reference our website for our new arrivals.

Q: Do you provide alteration services?

A: Yes we do. Bruid offers alteration services. We will fit the gown to your size when you have chosen or MTM a gown with us.

 

 


Payment, Delivery and Returns

Q: What are the mode of payment?

A: Modes of payment are cash, cheque and bank transfer. (Details would be provided during appointment).

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

A: We have a no-return and no-exchange policy.

Q: Do you provide delivery?

A: Bruid provides local delivery services as we understand you will be busy during your wedding period.

 

 


Appointments

Q: Where is Bruid located located?

A: We are based in Singapore. Blk 28 #02-131 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City, Singapore (573972).

Q: What can I expect from an appointment?

A: After scheduling an appointment, you’ll be assigned a stylist who will guide you through the gown selection process. At your appointment, you’ll receive one-on-one attention for one hour in our private salon area. Your stylist will provide sizing advice, reserve requested samples (when available), and accessorise to complete the look for your wedding day.

Q: How much time before my wedding should I book my appointment?

A: We advise booking an appointment within the time frame of 3-6 months before your actual wedding date.

Q: What should I bring with me to my appointment?

A: We suggest that you bring nude undergarments (i.e. strapless bra, underwear, and/or shapewear) and shoes to your appointment. You may want to bring an elastic hairband if you plan on wearing your hair up.
